UNESCO Club

In order to promote the UNESCO values and to address the challenges that the citizens are facing with, The CDI-Tetovo has established the UNESCO club, which is officially recognized by the National committee of the UNESCO in the Republic of Macedonia.

World Peace Day celebrated in Tetovo

The celebrity of the International Day of Peace 21th of September which took place in Tetovo was organized by volunteers of the non-profit organization Community Development Institute. The place was the main square in front of the Center of Culture Iljo Anteski Smok. This event started at 12 pm and finished at 14 pm in the afternoon. Two volunteers and one child at 12:30 pm set free two doves for this special occasion of Word Day of Peace. Doves are internationally accepted symbol of peace, like a metaphor of interpreting Peace.

The citizens from Tetovo had opportunity to drew or write on white cloth their own messages for piece. All cloth was colorfully painted and written by kids, teenagers, adults, old man and women. Also they had the opportunity to write down their names and signatures on the paper like prove that they want each year traditionally to celebrate this event. The street passengers had opportunity to receive brochures that contained information about the meaning of the International day of piece, to read the giving examples how that day was celebrated in several continents like Asia, America Europe and countries within.

The whole event had media coverage from three local TV stations “Kiss”  “Menada” and “Tv Koha” .Therefore, some of the volunteer organizers were interviewed by journalists for spreading their opinion and message in public about the significance of this day.

Finally, this activity event was considered as successful event, with hope to be continued in future by becoming tradition for the city of Tetovo and its citizens.

On the afternoon on 28th of June a big multimedia event visited by approximately 400 people was hosted in the Museum of Tetovo. The event was consisted with exhibition of 4 rewarded and around 20 selected photos from the photo-contest “Shared Visions”, exhibits from “The smallest ethno-museum in the World” and hand-made carved wood exhibits and authentic hand-made traditional dresses in a doll size also with dance and musicperformances by folklore groups from all the ethnic communitiesliving in Tetovo.

The guests were warmly welcomed by a CDI staff which hand them out a brochure and agenda for the day. The event started around 18:00 with the opening from Mr. Sreten Koceski- a representative from CDI, which welcomed the guests and then introduced them to the “Shared Visions” projects and the past events organized by CDI within the project, later on the coordinator of the event Ms. Svetlana Siljanoska-also a representative from CDI presented the Declaration “Shared Vision” created by group of young people participating at the National Youth Conference at Cifte Amam in Skopje. The happening continued with short presentations of Mr. Simeon Zlateski – a collector and owner of “The smallest museum in the world” which presented his work and the significance of the objects consisted in the Museum, Mr. Budimir Apostoloski- the owner of a carved wood gallery who presented his work and the way he produces hand-made carved wood exhibits, Mrs. Koca Kostoska-the creator of the dolls and the traditional dresses for them.

The objects displayed from “The smallest museum in the world” are more than few centuries old and have amazing background stories, on the other hand historical importance is the main inspiration that carved wood exhibits are made of; the traditional dresses represent the communities that lived in Tetovo, Macedonia and some of them the Balkans, those authentic dresses were made during the past 25 years.

The happening carried on with dancing and music performances from several folklore groups representing the different communities living in Tetovo. Firstly the event began with KUD ”Branko Iloski Cajka” which represented the Serbian community, than the KUD ”Pralipe” representing the Roma community and the KUD “Jeni Hajat” representing the Turkish community, afterwards the young people from KUD ”Djeladin Zeqiri” represented the Albanian community living in Tetovo. At the end the KUD”Izvor” and the KUD”Podgor” with dancing and singing represented the Macedonian folklore. The event ended with the giving of gratitude certificates to the participants. The whole event had excellent media coverage, three national newspapers: “Dnevnik”,”Utrinski vesnik” and “Vest”, than one national tv station “A1” and two local TV stations “KISS” and “Menada” as well as one local radio network “Kanal Plus Forte” covered the event and made excellent reports. The guests enjoyed the happening and were very satisfied; expressing their satisfaction they asked the event to be organized annually.

Како ИРЗ стана УНЕСКО Клуб?

Подолу во овој текст може да ја прочитате процедурата низ која што помина Институтот за Развој на Заедницата (ИРЗ) од Тетово за да се оформи како УНЕСКО Клуб:

3. Статутот на здружението треба да содржи дека една од целите на здружението е промовирање на вредностите на УНЕСКО преку формирањето на УНЕСКО клуб.

4. УНЕСКО клубот не е посебно правно лице и се формира со одлука на здружението.
5. Годишниот план за работа треба да содржи активности сврзани со промовирање на вредностите на УНЕСКО.
6. Користењето на логото на УНЕСКО е строго забрането.
7. Документите за регистриање се испраќаат до националната комисија на УНЕСКО во Република Македонија (Министерство за Култура).
8. Треба да се пополни прашалник, овој прашалник може да го преземете ТУКА. Се пополнува само делот што е обележан со црвена боја, другите прашања не треба да се пополнуваат.

ПРВ КООРДИНАТИВЕН СОСТАНОК НА ПАРТНЕРСКИТЕ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ВО ПРОЕКТОТ "ЗАЕДНИЧКИ ВИЗИИ"

На 28 Април 2010 во просториите на Институтот за Развој на Заедниците (ИРЗ) во Тетово се одржа координативен состанок на партнерските организации во проектот “ЗАЕДНИЧКИ ВИЗИИ. На состанокот покрај претставници на организацијата домаќин ИРЗ, присуствуваа и Зоја Наскова, претставник на УНЕСКО во Македонија, како и претставници на Младински Совет – Охрид, МКЦ – Битола, Детски Парламент – Штип, Центар за развој на заедницата – Кичево, ЦРЗ “ДРОМ” – Куманово, Центар за менаџмент на конфликти – Струга и Младински Сојуз – Крушево. Овие организации беа избрани да бидат локални партнери во рамките на проектот “ЗАЕДНОЧКИ ВИЗИИ според критериуми кој беа поставени во Јавниот повик кој што беше објавен од страна на ИРЗ.

 

На присутните на состанокот од страна на Зоја Наскова им беше презентирана програматаПодобрување на меѓуетничкиот дијалог и соработка помеѓу заедниците“  како и улогата наУНЕСКО во оваа програма. Понатаму Извршниот Директор на ИРЗ, Сретен Коцески го презентираше проектот “ЗАЕДНИЧКИ ВИЗИИ кој што претставува дел од програматаПодобрување на меѓуетничкиот дијалог и соработка помеѓу заедниците“ . Коцески ја истакна улогата на локалните партнери во рамките на овој проект како и обврската  на партнерите да иницираат мали локални иницијативи на тема “ЗАЕДНИЧКИ ВИЗИИ за чија што реализацијаИнститутот за Развој на Заедницата на локалните партнери ќе им обезбеди финансиска поддршка во износ од 700 Американски долари. Состанокот заврши со потпишување на договори за партнерство  и соработка помеѓу ИРЗ и локалните партнери.

Овој  проект се имплементира со поддршка на канцеларијата на УНЕСКО во Венеција, во рамките на заедничката програма „Подобрување на меѓуетничкиот дијалог  и соработка меѓу заедниците“  финансирана од Шпанската влада  преку Фондот за остварување на Милениумските развојни цели .
